Use cases
A shared WhatsApp inbox for your team
Everyone answers from the same number, on their own computer, and nobody passes a phone around the office.
Every number in one place
Conversations from all the WhatsApp numbers linked to your workspace land in one inbox. Agents reply side by side.
See what was delivered and read
Each message shows its status, from sent to delivered to read, so an agent knows whether the customer saw the answer.
Roles keep access tidy
Agents get the inbox and contacts. Developers get API keys and webhooks without the customer chats. Admins and the owner run the workspace.
The inbox and the API share a number
An order notification sent by your backend and the reply to it appear in the same conversation, so agents have the context.
How it works
Link your numbers
Scan a QR code for each WhatsApp number. How many you can connect depends on your plan.
Invite your team
Add members and give each one the Owner, Admin, Developer or Agent role.
Answer together
New customer messages appear in the shared inbox for the team to pick up.
Questions about Shared team inbox
Can several people use one WhatsApp number at the same time?
Yes. The number is linked to the workspace once by QR code, and every member with inbox access can read and reply from their own browser.
Does the phone need to stay connected?
The number is linked as a WhatsApp linked device. Keep the phone that owns it working and do not log the linked device out, or the number disconnects until you scan a new QR code.
Does the inbox show WhatsApp group chats?
No. The inbox covers direct conversations with your customers. Group messages are not included.
